After you choose your password, you land on your setup page. It has webmail, your phone and computer steps, and the import for your old mail. Lost it? Ask your admin for your Phone & computer setup link, which works for 30 days.

POP3 isn’t available. Use IMAP, which keeps your mail in sync on every device.

Before the switch. Until your domain’s MX record points to Patra, some mail apps suggest your old provider’s servers. Check that both the incoming and the outgoing server say mail.trypatra.com before you finish.

Contacts

These guides set up your mail. Your contacts are in webmail; they don’t sync to the contacts app on your devices.

Can’t sign in?

  • Use your full email address as the username.
  • Check your password by signing in to webmail.
  • Forgotten it? Use Email password help.
  • After a password change, update it on every device straight away. A device that keeps trying an old password can block everyone on the same network, such as your office, for up to a day. If that happens, write to us.
