Go to mail.trypatra.com and sign in with your full email address and your password. New here? Your admin sends you a setup link to choose your password first.

Find your way around

  • Mail and Contacts are in the bar on the left (at the bottom on phones). Settings is the gear.
  • The first time you sign in, Start Tour shows you around.
  • Keyboard shortcuts: c writes a new message, / searches, and ? lists every shortcut.

Settings worth a look

Contacts

  • In Contacts, use New Contact, or import a vCard file.
  • Your contacts live in webmail; they don’t sync to the contacts app on your phone or computer.

Spam

Mail that looks like spam goes to Junk Mail, so check it now and then. Junk Mail and Trash are emptied automatically after 30 days.

Plus addresses

Mail to you+anything@yourcompany.com still reaches you. Use filters to sort it.

Change your password

Use Email password help and choose I want to change my password. Then update the password in your mail apps.
