Forgot your email password?

  1. Open Email password help.
  2. Enter your work email, choose I forgot my password, then Send instructions.
  3. We send a reset link to your recovery email. If you haven’t set one, we ask your account owner to help.

Change your email password

Choose I want to change my password on the same page, and we send a link to your mailbox. Afterwards, update the password in your mail apps straight away: a device that keeps trying the old password can block everyone on the same network, such as your office, for up to a day.

Forgot your admin console password?

On the admin sign-in page, choose Forgot password?. The link works for one hour. A new password signs you out of other sessions.

For admins: someone is locked out

In Users, send them a password reset link, or use Set password yourself and tell them privately. Add a recovery email so they can reset it themselves next time.

Password rules

An email password needs at least 12 characters, mixing three of: lowercase, uppercase, digits and symbols. An admin console password needs at least 12 characters.

For your security, we give the same answer to every request, whether or not the address exists.
